ORDERING INTERIOR DOORS FROM BAIRD BROTHERS

Let’s start with the basics. There are several types of interior doors: molded hollow core doors, molded solid core doors, wood veneer doors and solid wood doors. Each has its own purpose and place.

SOLID WOOD DESIGNS

High-quality solid wood doors can’t be beat. They’re extremely durable and come in different sizes, species, various door thicknesses and custom or standard door heights.

WOOD VENEER OPTIONS

Veneer interior doors use a thin strip of quality hardwood overtop of core material. They can be stained or painted and are a high-quality alternative to solid hardwood doors.

MOLDED SOLID CORE

Like hollow core doors, solid core molded doors are made from particle board and MDF. These are much more durable and offer more insulation than hollow core doors.

MOLDED HOLLOW CORE

Hollow core doors are what you might call a builder-grade option. They’re lightweight and budget-friendly but don’t offer much sound insulation and can be damaged easily.
At Baird Brothers, our customization options are limitless. Reach out to one of our experienced sales professionals to discuss your specific wants and needs.

We are happy to work with contractors and homeowners across the nation to create the doors of their dreams (whether building from the ground up or replacing bedroom doors, bathroom doors, sliding glass doors and more)!
