I wanted to take a minute to say thank you!! You were so professional and easy to work with, and you did everything you said you would do, when you said you would do it. Most importantly, your oak products are very superior to anything we found in our area, and your prices are very comparable. Our order was complete and accurate.
Since I am the official "sand, stain and polyurethane" person for our new house, I have had very close contact with your products. ALL of the molding, baseboards, quarter round, doors and door frames that I have finished so far required very little sanding and all were very, very high quality. The doors are just beautiful! Dear Sirs,
I received the oak baseboard and casing (earlier than expected) and am just about finished installing it. The quality of the wood is excellent and the pre-stained finish impeccable! With your products available, I’ll never use warehouse store millwork again.

The very reasonable price for your pre-stained finish makes it hard to justify staining it yourself. It was so much easier than what I’ve done in the past. You just cut and install it and it looks great.

I would suggest to your customers though (as a seasoned do-it-yourselfer) that they should buy an extra length of whatever it is they need. It will be hard to match your quality and finish should they ever need to replace anything.
