In the 1807/3907 episode, Kevin O’Connor, the show’s host, visits Baird Brothers’ Canfield location to see how the Westerly project’s wooden four-paneled doors are made. In the process, he meets Terry Baird, who details the company’s 50-year history, and walks the grounds with Baird Brothers’ sales director, Steve Stack.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our company, and we are soaking in every second,” said Terry Baird. “When you think about it, it’s pretty amazing for a company with humble beginnings to be featured on a nationally televised program, and we’re proud to have partnered with This Old House on several projects within the past couple of years.”

Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods supplied four-paneled doors, flooring and moulding for the 2019 Westerly, RI Project House. Westerly is the third project Baird has completed with Sweenor Builders, a well-known design-builder with This Old House.
