Baird Brothers’ Canfield Location To Be Featured on PBS
This week’s “This Old House Hour” program takes a visit to Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods to highlight the hardwood doors supplied for the 2019 Westerly, RI Project House.
Canfield, OH: This week’s episode of “The This Old House Hour,” PBS’s long-standing, popular home-improvement series, will highlight Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods in Canfield, OH. Episode 1807/3907 debuts nationwide the week of Nov. 11, with airdates varying, depending upon location.
In the Youngstown area, episode “1807/3907 Westerly: The Doors; Switch; Affordable Geothermal” will be available on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 8:00 a.m. from the following service providers: DIRECTV, DISH, Armstrong, Spectrum and PBS.

In the 1807/3907 episode, Kevin O’Connor, the show’s host, visits Baird Brothers’ Canfield location to see how the Westerly project’s wooden four-paneled doors are made. In the process, he meets Terry Baird, who details the company’s 50-year history, and walks the grounds with Baird Brothers’ sales director, Steve Stack.

Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods supplied four-paneled doors, flooring and moulding for the 2019 Westerly, RI Project House. Westerly is the third project Baird has completed with Sweenor Builders, a well-known design-builder with This Old House.
