The customer service was awesome. We got it installed, all by ourselves. The estimate for this quality of wood installed from local companies was between 10 & 12k, we bought all the wood and tools to do it with for less than 4k. The person we dealt with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. This is heirloom quality flooring that brought the value of our home up by 20k. The finish is exactly what we wanted. It doesn't get any better, I know because I used to restore antebellum houses in Alabama and these floors are equal to the quality. We ordered a rough finish for maximum character and they still came nicely sanded so I can do the Risky Business slide whenever I want. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
