STYLES - COLONIAL COLONIAL
Before there were machines there was a deep appreciation for the men who worked with their
hands and crafted their homes¹ This passion for American craftsmanship developed a style
that would symbolize the classic traditions of the Old World mixed with a New World spin¹
The star feature of a Colonial style home is American hardwoods. Colonial is made of formal
mouldings, formal casings, wide baseboards, paneled wood doors or a center staircase
crafted by hand¹ All elements of Colonial design are used to portray the American ideals in a
warm, beautiful and traditional way.
