As part of our third generation, Brandon is making his mark on the family business by putting in work behind the scenes while finishing up at Malone College. To date, he has spent time assisting in the trim shop and rough mill, stacking, observing the lumber grading process and helping in freight and shipping.

Brandon is grandson to Richard and Margot and son to Lori, who currently oversees all HR needs within the company. He has (quite literally) grown up in the business, with fond memories of bringing sleeping bags, video games and snacks to “camp out” in the office while his mom worked.

“Everywhere I walk, there is a memory,” says Brandon. “This place is like a home away from home for me. I’ve known most of these guys [fellow employees] my whole life, and I’m proud of how well everyone works together and gets along.”

Brandon graduated from Malone with a degree in organizational management and marketing and looks forward to building upon Baird Brothers’ strong foundation.

“We have been successful because of our employees and community,” says Brandon. “We have customers and employees who are like family, and I want to keep that bond going strong well into my generation and the next.”
